A non-parametric technique for analysing spatial marked point patterns is presented on data from a camera on top of a flotation cell recording the locations of bubbles and their diameter. Multiple spatial patterns were observed from each reactive and each concentration concerning with gas dispersion properties. We develop a spatial mark permutation test which allows to test when two or more groups of patterns are statistically different in presence of marks and distinctive levels of a factor.
