A multihead weighing process is a packaging technology can be of strategic importance to a company, as it can be a key to competitive advantage in the modern food industry. The multihead automatic combination weighers are used to provide accurate weights at high speed. In this paper, we propose an approach for the packaging processes in multihead weighers, for this, a multiobjective algorithm is displayed for choosing a subset of the current n weights in hoppers to produces a single package of foods to optimize the packaging process in multi-head weighers, by combining weights algorithms seek to reduce the variability in the selection of the final weight to a desired nominal value, and minimize the total residence time in the packing system to ensuring the sensory quality of packaged foods (priority). We also conduct numerical experiments to examine the quality of the solution and measuring the parameters more important in the packaging operation.
