Accelerated life tests of a product or material consist on the observation of its failure time under different stress levels that accelerate this failure. When the acceleration factor is temperature, the acceleration failure time process can be described by the Arrhenius or Eyring relationships. Some results from D-optimal experimental design approach for these two kinds of acceleration factors are presented and illustrated by convenient examples.
